We are an independent, non-profit organization dedicated to fueling the future of agribusiness in Uganda.
Established to serve as a center of excellence in sustainable production, GYCH empowers youth through capacity building and financial inclusion to become the primary catalysts for green growth.
The organization operates in full alignment with the National Organic Agricultural Policy of 2019, ensuring all initiatives meet national sanitary and phytosanitary standards.

YCHs are our grassroots engines for change, there are local centers where youth train in organic farming, access savings and loans, and connect their harvests to markets.
Each hub is a living classroom, a financial cooperative, and a launchpad for sustainable agribusiness, led by youth, for the future.
Sustainability at GYCH means building systems that endure. We forge strong partnerships with Uganda’s District Local Governments through formal Memoranda of Understanding, and train their technical officers as Master Trainers.
This ensures that every Youth Community Hub remains locally supported and self-reliant long after initial projects end—embedding climate-smart agriculture, financial access, and youth leadership into the fabric of communities for generations to come.
