What We Do
We execute our mission through focused programs that strengthen leadership, drive policy change, and deliver innovative care to Ugandan communities.
Community Health Leadership Academy
An intensive training program for Village Health Team coordinators and health facility managers focusing on ethical leadership, modern management, and financial sustainability in low-resource settings.
Reproductive & Sexual Health
Targets adolescents with comprehensive, stigma-free SRH education (including family planning and HIV prevention) while simultaneously advocating at the district level for youth-friendly health service policies.
Malaria & Waterborne Disease Eradication Initiative
A multi-pronged campaign combining mosquito net distribution, sanitation training, and community-level testing and treatment to significantly reduce the burden of common preventable diseases.
Population Health
Focuses on Non-Communicable Disease Screening (e.g., hypertension, diabetes) care from the clinic to the community by training the village health workers to conduct routine screening, follow-up, and lifestyle coaching using simple digital tools.
